keyword.run is a free keyword analysis tool operated by Marketly, a UK-based digital marketing agency. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to Marketly.

Search queries and domain names — When you use keyword.run, the keyword and optional domain you enter are sent to our server to fetch live Google SERP data. We do not log or store your searches on our servers. Each request is processed in real time and discarded immediately after your results are returned.

Search history (local storage)— Your recent searches are saved in your browser's local storage so you can quickly re-run them. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clicking "Clear all" in the search history section, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Usage data — If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and obtain any required consent. At present, no analytics or tracking scripts are loaded on keyword.run.

keyword.run relies on two third-party APIs to return results:

• SerpAPI — used to retrieve live Google search results. Your keyword and country selection are sent to SerpAPI servers. See the SerpAPI Privacy Policy.
• DataForSEO — used to retrieve keyword metrics (search volume, CPC, keyword difficulty). Your keyword and country are sent to DataForSEO servers. See the DataForSEO Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not share your data beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

keyword.run does not use cookies. We use your browser's local storage solely to save your recent search history on your own device. This is covered in more detail in our Cookie Policy.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of any personal data we hold about you. Because we do not retain search data on our servers, there is typically no personal data to retrieve.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of keyword.run after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
