By using keyword.run you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

keyword.run is a free tool that fetches live Google search data and keyword metrics via third-party APIs (SerpAPI and DataForSEO). It is operated by Marketly, a UK digital marketing agency.

keyword.run is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC. "Google" and "AI Overview" are trademarks of Google LLC.

You agree not to:

• Automate or scrape keyword.run using bots, scripts or other automated means
• Use the service in a way that interferes with or disrupts the service or its servers
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.

keyword.run retrieves data in real time from third-party APIs. While we aim to present accurate information, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any data shown. SERP results, keyword metrics and AI Overview content can change rapidly and vary by location, device and search context.

Data shown on keyword.run should be used for informational and research purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for commercial or strategic decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of keyword.run, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of keyword.run shall not exceed zero, as the service is provided free of charge.

The keyword.run brand, design, code and original content are owned by Marketly. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Search result data is sourced from Google via SerpAPI and is subject to Google's terms of service. Keyword metrics are sourced from DataForSEO.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of keyword.run after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
